You need to be aware of all of the costs of moving in:

• How much is the rent?
• How much is the deposit?
• How much are agency fees?
• How much will the gas, electricity and water cost?
• Are there any additional costs during/after the tenancy concerning renewing the contract, receiving references, etc.

Make sure you know the answers to each of these when considering a certain property.
